Job duties to include but not limited to:
Answering phone/e-mails/correspondence, performing clerical functions, organizing enrollment and other data, filing documents, performing general office duties, and assisting with coordination of the organization’s activities.
Job requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Italian and have min. 2 years experience in similar administrative duties. Ability to use internet, e-mail, Excel and Word. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively represent the organization to customers, the public and government agencies. Dependable and willing to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Part-time position (9 to 15 hrs/wk distributed over 3 mornings a week)
