The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West is curating a three-part dinner series - "THE GENESIS, THE NOW AND THE FUTURE-FORWARD TRUE ITALIAN TASTE" - celebrating the evolution of Italian Cuisine through time. A trio of themes tackle Italy’s rich culinary narrative and are presented by esteemed restaurants across Los Angeles—Angelini Osteria, N10 and Rossoblu. Each will serve a custom, one-night-only menu that reflects a distinct time period—from a chapter in Italy’s storied history, contemporary authentic dishes and protected ingredients, and a look into the future landscape of Italian cuisine.
On Tuesday, August 24, N10 Restaurant and Chef Fabio Ugoletti present a "True Italian Taste" of Contemporary Italian Cuisine focused on the quality of Authentic imported Italian ingredients. This exclusive, one-night only dinner treats guests to a special menu that explores a modern reflection of Italy's most prized and protected PDO and DOP products.
DOP = Denominazione di Origine Protetta, or in English that’s PDO = Protected Designation of Origin. It indicates that the product has been approved by the European Commission as a food with a particular type of Protected Geographic Status.
N. 10 is a contemporary Italian restaurant with multi-regional, seasonal cuisine, in a slick modern space with an intimate fun vibe, owned by Italian football legend Alessandro Del Piero.
The evening is a unique collaboration presented by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West, focused on promoting chefs, restaurants and their narratives that bridge Italian food traditions and culture with modern American culinary life.
