About this Event
The Italian Excellence Gala is a prestigious event, recognizing leading Italian and Italian-American personalities, their distinction and their contribution to the Italian community in the US and globally. Presented by "True Italian Taste", the event will take place on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 1st, at The London hotel, in West Hollywood. Guests will be treated to an unforgettable lifestyle and culinary experience at the crossroad of tradition and innovation. Drawing from the "Extraordinary Italian Taste" campaign, which highlights Italy's most authentic food and beverage productions, the evening's culinary and libation offering presents a unique opportunity for an immersive modern Italian culinary experience.
The Italian Excellence Gala gathers some of Los Angeles most influential business and political leaders, providing an ideal networking and branding opportunity. Previous years' award recipients, among others, include Alessandro Del Piero, former Juventus F.C. captain and Italian national team legend, widely regarded as one of the greatest soccer players of all times, NBA star's Danilo Gallinari, Luxottica and the Mayor of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti.

IACCW in its efforts to promote bilateral trade between Italy and the US, pushes forth the True Italian Taste Campaign, initiative coordinated by AssoCamere Estero and promoted by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West, and other Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, through sector specific, targeted events, masterclasses and much more.
Every year, IACCW organizes workshops, seminars, series of training activities, and events apt to educate professionals, consumers and members of the food and beverage trade industry alike, in order to promote authentically Italian food and beverage products in the West Coast of the US, including the States of California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.
