About the Masterclasses
IACCW is organizing two classes/training activities and demos at the Gelson's Markets Headquarters, in California, in efforts to educate professionals, food and spirits distributors and consumers, alike, in order to promote authentically Italian food and beverage products in the West Coast of the US.
This is a food and wine members of trade event only, featuring back to back Masterclasses, that will educate Gelson's distribution professionals on the subject of authenticity of Italian products.
Presentations along with live demos and tastings will be featured, presenting a diversity of products.
1- GELSONS' TRUE ITALIAN TASTE - EVOO MASTERCLASS
You will be guided through an experiential tasting experience of Italian extra virgin olive oils, learning how to detect faults and discover flavor characteristics, presented by Orietta Gianjorio, sensory evaluation expert of Olive and more and assisted by tutor, Yoanne Mongaro, Executive Director of Marketing at Gelson's.
2 - GELSON'S TRUE ITALIAN TASTE - SLOW FOOD AND FAST CARS MASTERCLASS
Modena and its traditional balsamic vinegar, a guided discovery of Modena's liquid gold and its traditional production presented by Orietta Gianjorio, sensory evaluation expert of Olive and more and assisted by tutor, Yoanne Mongaro, Executive Director of Marketing at Gelson's.
The event is by invitation only and is exclusive to Gelson's.
